It depends on your focus. Some specialisations are mostly people facing, like coaching managers, handling employee relations, and shaping culture. Others get technical through data, modelling, compensation, equity, or compliance work, where the complexity is legal, regulatory, or analytical rather than coding.

We work with a mix of conversations and data. We listen to the people involved, look for patterns, and choose the right fix at the right level. If something cannot be solved within the team, it goes to the manager, and then to the HRBP when needed.
